Stram A 要獲得遞交申請的資格，您必須滿足如下：

1. 持有由下列機構之一簽發的有效護照：中國香港護照 或 在香港出生、歸化或註冊的英國國民
    
2. 當您申請和獲得永久居留權時，必須本人在加拿大
    
3. 在加拿大擁有有效的臨時居民身份
    
4. 打算居住在加拿大的任何省或地區（魁北克省/QC省以外）
    
5. 畢業於加拿大 指定的大專院校以上的學習機構（需有DLI）
    

在您申請之前的 3 年內需滿足以下其中一項1：

1. 至少完成2年制的Diploma文憑課程 文憑=4學期以上
2. 擁有學士學位（副學士、學士（本科）、碩士或博士）
3. 完成至少1 年的研究生文憑課程

滿足以上其中一項，並同時至少 50% 的課程在加拿大完成（in-person實體課或 online線上課）

提醒：

如果選擇"3.完成至少1 年的研究生文憑課程",
申請者需已在加拿大或國外完成Diploma大專文憑或Degree學位，作為該研究生或研究生課程的先決條件，而且就讀研究生文憑課程前，與學士/文憑課的時間不可間隔超過5 年。
